1 tablespoon Johnson’s baby oil (or any gentle, unscented baby oil)
1 tablespoon cold-pressed coconut oil (adds extra nourishment and helps soften lines)
1 tablespoon aloe vera gel (pure, colourless, no added fragrance)
½ teaspoon glycerine (for deep hydration and plumpness)
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder (pure, kitchen turmeric – not “kumkum”)
¼ teaspoon finely ground clove or ½ teaspoon clove-infused oil (for antioxidant and warming effect)
1–2 vitamin E capsules (squeeze out the oil)
2–3 drops rose water or distilled water (optional, to slightly lighten the texture)
Clean small glass jar with lid (for storing the cream)
You can easily find all these ingredients in most Indian households or local supermarkets/pharmacies.
Procedure
Make clove base (optional but effective)
Lightly crush 4–5 cloves.
Add them to 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
Warm this mixture using a double boiler (keep flame very low) for 5–7 minutes, then switch off the heat.
Let it steep and cool completely, then strain to get clove-infused coconut oil.
Prepare the base cream
In a clean bowl, add:
1 tablespoon aloe vera gel
½ teaspoon glycerine
Whisk with a small spoon or spatula until it looks smooth and slightly frothy.
